Bluekap Properties was founded on a firm foundation of legal knowledge and property matters by young-spirited principals Ruven Kaplan and Derek Blumberg – the property fundi’s – who were in partnership from 1975 until Derek’s passing in 2020.

Throughout their careers, Ruven and Derek have been actively involved in numerous property matters of their own account and for clients. Their legal background placed them in the perfect position to become property management moguls.

Hendré Schoeman, a qualified Chartered Accountant, brings extensive property experience to the table and manages Bluekap Properties while bringing sound financial advice and guidance for our tenants and landlords.
